"Wonderful Escapism
A treat away for my 50th birthday. Exceptional service throughout our stay from bar and restaurant staff, through to the lovely cleaning ladies. Made my stay very special, fabulous food both at the Pilchard Inn and the black tie dinner. Any little issues were dealt with straight away and am already looking for an excuse to go back again, oh and you must brave it and take a swim in the mermaid pool."

"Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it."

"I know have 10000 brownie points having
booked this for my partner. It really is very very good. Food quality is outstanding.
As the weather was so good we didn’t use the pools or spa but they all looked very good.
Post Brexit staffing is very very difficult these days. Somethings have to give, like the terrace grill and land rover shuttle. Many of the staff were very young but again trained well and did a superb job.
Residents take priority in the restaurant. This is an area of potential...

"An perfect short getaway location. Very modern and luxurious with stunning sea view.
The only ‘fly in the ointment’ was the restaurant! We ate an evening meal: the service was very slow, the food was mediocre and many items listed on the online menu were no longer available. Even the menu in the room had items that were not available.
Otherwise, the hotel and spa were excellent. "

- Beach luxury meets coastal comfort with 3 waterfront bars and premium bedding at this Teignmouth haven steps from the shore.
"Simply amazing! Spacious, comfortable, beautiful finishing touches throughout, fully equipped kitchen, easy parking, masses of wardrobe space, and generous sized bathrooms. Centrally located for the shops, beaches, pubs, restaurants and the railway station. Even when we had a small issue with the hot water, this was resolved by a quick phone call and dealt with immediately. We never visit the same place twice but in this case, we would make an exception."
