"Booked last minute to stop and ride the Virginia Capital Trail for a few days as we were traveling from PA to NC. Although we weren't there all that long nor spent much time in the condo, it was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend it to friends."

"Our stay in Kingsmill at the property was everything we could have expected. Dick the host was amazing, communicated every detail and made it so easy for our stay. The grounds were breathtaking and it was in close proximity to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and the James River. We will definitely chose this property again for any visit to the area."

"Our stay at Christy's place was awesome. It's a great space in a great community. My one complaint relates only to the fact that it was not entirely clear to me that we would not have access to any of the Kingsmill Resort amenities. The listing notes that guests will not have access to the "private members only amenities". It just was not clear to me that this was actually ALL of the amenities throughout the entire Kingsmill property (other than the pool near the condo). Ultimately though, this was just a complaint that maybe the listing could have been a little clearer/more explicit, and not at all that Christy wasn't upfront about it. She was VERY responsive throughout our stay and once we knew what we would/would not be able to do, we adjusted our plans accordingly (and there is so much to do/see in the area that it was not a problem)."

"This is the kind of host and property you hope you get when you rent a Vrbo. The communication was prompt. The condo exceeded expectation and was one of the cleanest I have encountered. The snacks and water/ coffee was a nice touch. Mike thank you , we had a great stay!!!"

"Was a great condo with good space for a family. It was clean. Good location. It would be helpful to have a folder in the condo with checkin/checkout instructions. To include Wifi, trash and that as VRBO leasers you cannot use any of the Kingsmill facilities (pool, restaurant)."
