"Very entertaining owner, comfortable bed, quiet at night, bathroom shareable with the other two rooms, all very clean and cure for details. Great breakfast, not very far from Windham. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...

"Amazing stay! Just make sure you get a lesson in how to turn the heat on... beautiful property walking distance from sights, shops, and cafes. Will absolutely stay there next time we are in Kingston!"

"This place is so special and deserves to be in a magazine. It pristine but still comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The Yellow Deli is just a few steps away for dinner, parking was easy and so was the check in. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Agnes was an amazing host! Our stay was incredibly smooth and convenient. The drive to Hunter Mountain was just a short 15 minutes, making it so easy to get there. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it was a special touch knowing the eggs were from their own farmed chickens. When it was time to check out, they went above and beyond by helping us clear the snow off our car! We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back for another visit!"

"The location is perfect for walking to many areas and having an off street parking spot was great. Ease of entry into the main building and our room was perfect.
The space we stayed was clean. My main problem (with most every room we rent) is the lack of hooks and towel racks. The space was deficient with hooks, towel racks and a closet (or somewhere to hang a few clothes. The basic need to hang clothes and towels was overlooked."
"Everything was super. We loved the property and we will stay there again when traveling to that area. Super in all regards. Great communication with the owner. She was informative and had “background” experience to offer relative to our stay and the Woodstock area. "
"Honestly there is nothing bad to day abou this property.
The main house is beautiful and historic. The restaurant is also in that same house and I adored it. The food was great but I wish there a couple little details looked at in the main dining room.
The smaller cabin rooms are perfect, clean, spatious, well stocked and you dont feel alone but you dont feel crowded.
The land the area is so beautifil and I would definitly come back "
