"We had a short stay, but it was very good. Everything was very clean. We had left my son’s sippy cup behind accidentally. The staff was kind enough to call us to alert us and to arrange pick up. If/when we are looking for hotel accommodations in Kingston again would definitely choose this location for a return stay."

"The tiny house is so cute! And feels big for a tiny house, because of the high ceilings and how it's set up. Place was great, beautiful on the outside and great front porch. Hosts were very responsive, everything was really good."

"The interior bedroom pictures we found to be very accurate. Shower and Bathroom was excellent. Interior very well appointed. Bedding, beds, pillows, towels all comfortable and good quality. The home is a much older, historic type home. Although the home was clean, their was a smell during our stay that reminded us of pet smells. We figured that with the age of the home, there is a good possibility that the smell is just in the wooden floors. The area was under a heat advisory, if you own a home, you know smells come out in chimneys or floors or walls of older homes in intense heat. It was very noticeable each time we entered the home. The exterior of the home itself could have been better maintained. Parking was difficult on the street. Loud Party on the street our first night, Lots of outside noise. Although there are many beautiful homes with charm on the street and in the area, most need a lot of attention so we were a little disappointed in our area choice. We were visiting the Hyde Park area most of our stay and that was about a 30-35 minute drive. Host was very responsive."

"We had a wonderful stay at Louis and Seth’s' place. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was very nice with a lot of space and privacy. The host was excellent at communicating, was very responsive and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!"

"This place worked great for a group of friends traveling together. There was lots of space to spread out, and having access to two kitchens made meal prep easier. The hosts provided helpful local recommendations, as well as white noise machines to help with the train noise."

"Comfortable, clean, easy to find, had everything we needed. Couldn't enjoy the cute little back yard with hammock and hot tub due to rain, but it looked very nice. Bar right next door also looked fun (though didn't go inside, but the crowd was tame and everyone seemed to be having a good time--could see it from the little balcony). One thing for renters to note--there are two driveways and I was informed I should park in the one on the right. When I left during the day, someone else parked in that spot. Hosts said it was ok for me to park in the other spot, to the left of the house, but that one was taken. There was street parking available nearby so it wasn't a big deal, but be prepared to not have access to the parking space--our car was fine on the street overnight."
