My room smelled pretty musty, and one of the small towels was lightly stained but the bed was very clean and comfortable. Not a luxurious experience but perfect for quick stopover. The staff was very friendly.

It was a great(bit outdated - true) place for a lower budget in a quiet neighborhood . My room was clean, bed was spacious. Breakfast was good too. Me happy for two nights stay.

A great place to stay, not very modern, even a little old, but it’s comfortable, and staff nice, breakfast not fancy, but good enough👍

While the hotel is an older building, the room was very clean, breakfast options were no frills, but adequate, plenty of free parking, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Unfortunately not accessible. Stains overs the carpets in the hallway, wallpaper ripping, walls dusty, water pressure was bad and never hot. The staff were the best part, but the walls were thin and the breakfast was really nothing.

Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the room and bedding could use more attention to cleanliness and freshness. Improving these areas would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Within walking distance of shopping and more. It’s an older hotel so some features are dated - but at the price, it’s clean and has a nice breakfast area for coffee and basics in the morning. Parking area is convenient and staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean room and comfortable relaxing bed. Tiny washroom and no where to store toiletries but clean! My only concerns were the AC caused a bit of a musty smell and the deadbolt didn't work to my door. There was a metal swing lock which was fine, just slightly concerning. Not enough to complain about to front desk though. For a place to sleep it was suffice!

An old building that needs lots of work. Room was fine. But hallways and general property needed lots of work. Would not recommend staying here. Unbelievable that $250 could be charged for this.

Unfortunately, my state is disappointing due to several issues when I arrived after retiring train journey, the heating system in my room was not working. The staff kindly arranged another room for me, but having to change rooms after a long trip added to my frustration more importantly there was no hot water, which meant I could not take a shower when I really needed one. I understand that things can go wrong, but this significantly affected my comfort and overall travel experience. Additionally, the breakfast was not as good as what I experienced at the Econolodge in Montreal on a positive note. The staff and management were friendly, professional and genuinely tried to make things right. I appreciated their winningness to refund half of the night‘s rate overall although I appreciate their efforts, and the compensation provided the lack of hot water and the inconvenience of changing rooms. Unfortunately spoiled my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
