There is a tranquil and luminous ambiance thanks to the thoughtful layout of the well-designed apartment with a full sized bathroom, King sized bed, walk-in closet, WiFi, cable TV in living room & bedroom, relaxing patio and an enclosed wash area with washer & dryer.

The comfortable king-sized bedroom features a king bed with beautiful headboard, cable TV, chest-of-drawer, night table with night lamps and an elegant accent chair. Plenty of storage for your clothes can be found in a spacious purpose built wardrobe or if you prefer to use the large walk-in closet with full-height double hanging rails and shelves. The full service ensuite bathroom is adjoining to the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, water heater, refrigerator, washer/dryer, electric stove, oven, iron and board, tempered glass windows, sliding glass doors, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning throughout. The full kitchen features all the amenities and utensils you need to make the perfect meal! The contemporary style dining room set has a welcoming atmosphere where any family or corporate traveler would be happy to convene after a long day.

Guest can have access to their own private in-unit washer/dryer, wash area and garden. We also supply fluffy bath towels, hand towels, and liquid soap in the bathroom. The quaint garden patio with a lovely conversation patio set is perfect for enjoying a glass of “red wine” and some fresh air surrounded by lush plants. This one bedroom vacation apartment is really perfect for a vacationer or corporate traveler who wants to enjoy the lively buzz or the busy business district of Kingston city but return to their own private haven at the end of each day.

Winchester Estate is a gated community with 24 hours manned security. The uniformed security guards work in conjunction with a rapid response security company that has overall responsibility for securing the complex. There is ample parking available with market personalized parking as well as a visitor parking area. Located within 5-10 minutes walking distance from: Restaurants Bars, parks, Devon House, Movie cinemas, Supermarkets, Gym, Embassies, Shopping Mall, Business Centres, Night Clubs, Hospitals, Police Stations and Fire Stations. This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Kingston, ideal corporate housing for the business travelers and for those adventurous island hoppers.

Winchester Estate is situated on the south-western side of the junction of Winchester Road with Hope Road, and approximately 100 metres east of Half-Way- Tree Square which forms part of a very busy commercial and commuter centre. Being located in the central "uptown" area, Half Way Tree is an important commuter centre with arterial roads leading to more or less all points of the compass; Papine (with the main campuses of the University of Technology and the University of the West Indies ); Hagley Park and Molynes Roads; Cross roads and "Downtown Kingston";. There is also a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, restaurants and recreational facilities available at nearby New Kingston and the Half Way Tree Nucleus. For example, the property is within walking distance from the Half Way Tree Transport Centre- a state-of- the-art transport hub. The breath-taking centre sits on over 18,500 square metres, and accommodates 101 Jamaica Urban Transit buses only, that ply 63 routes between the Corporate Area, Portmore and Spanish Town.
