  • A Park Model tiny home close to a sandy beach. Although it sleeps 7, it sleeps 4 very comfortably - remember it is tiny in space! It includes beach items, a charcoal grill & even an outdoor shower! Ideal for a family stay.

Turn off both Gree(a/c) units
Take trash out. Outside can is on left side of cottage on backside of storage container.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please respect neighbors by not trespassing onto property, including backing or turning around vehicles onto their property.
Please park in 2 car driveway. Parking one vehicle, which may include a trailer, can be parked along the fence beside Cottage. Do not block road.
Please only flush toilet paper in bathroom. We are on a septic system and any other foreign matter can damage the system.
