This is a great place for anyone who likes their privacy. They have all of the amenities and the apartment was is in a nice community. Highly recommended!

When I walked into this apartment it gave me such a cozy feel with its earthy decor. The rooms were nice and the master suite had the bathroom attached which I liked. It had tile flooring unlike carpet in most hotels which I liked. A lot of natural light and space for what we need loved. Great place!

Very nice apartment, nice view, love the high ceiling, very big and spacious, seems like it count have been two apartments in the same space. Friendly staff and good price. I lift my hat to the operators of this lovely place.

THIS IS VALUE FOR MONEY
I enjoyed my extended stay here. The place is very central, the staff was friendly, AC new and efficient, water hot and wifi fast. The apartment was exceptionally clean. I rate this ten out of ten in comparison to some rooms I have paid $400.00 USD for in the past. This is a good deal especially if you are going to be staying in Kingston for an extended time.

Best in New Kingston (kingsize Bed)
This is an older building but a recently renovated apartment. I travel to New Kingston for business every other week and to enjoy the nightlife after. At first, it was all hotels, but the dynamics of lodging have shifted and I have done apartments almost exclusively for the past 2 years. I have stayed at enough apartments to conclusively say this one is the better of them all. Most New Kingston one bedroom apartments were built as studios. Most New Kingston one bedroom is so cramped with a double bed. Not this apartment, this Casa had a kingsize bed. The apartment was well decorated and appears to have been redone recently. I would recommend this apartment to any and all travelers who is looking for a clean, central, safe and secure apartment.

Better stay in hotels not appartments
Just the timeline of my experience: Could not get into the property, the renter "could not reach me by phone" and did not inform the owner of the flat of my booking. It was a partially pre-paid booking! Could not reach the renter by phone, there was only a voice mail and advice to contact via WhatsApp.Wasted one hour. The owner of the flat told the guard to excort me out of the parking lot. Took me another 3 hours to find and drive through heavy traffic to the alternative option.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay at our property. Booking an apartment differs from that of a hotel, an apartment often does not have a front desk so advance communication is usually required. We contacted you via phone, email and the Expedia platform and received no response, then you showed up at the property at 2am. These are privately held apartments available for rental, when you showed up at a property without a front desk, it creates a little bit of a fire drill and by the time we got to the property after receiving a call from the security at 2:45am, you were long gone. You did not answer your phone after we made several attempts to reach you without success; till date, you have not answered our call. Thanks to Expedia, your refund was issued, if you did not receive your refund, please let us know as we definitely don’t want to be in receipt of money for a guest that did not stay.For future reference, if you are booking an apartment like this, advance communication is required especially if you are arriving a foreign country at 2am. The guard at the gate doesn’t work for any individual or group of property owners and the guard does not conduct front desk duty. He is simply there to open, close the gate and check the log for all registered guests. We register every guest on arrival and we do not pre-register guests so they could roam around the complex, which is a security breach. We do apologize for the inconvenience and experience, but it is very hard to coordinate when a guest does not answer their phone.Providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests is of utmost importance to us.
