- A valid ID is needed for all persons checking into or visiting the condo.
- We need to be advised regarding visitors to the condo prior to their arrival so that the complex security can be updated. We ask that a maximum of 3 visitors at a time be in the condo.
- One parking space is allocated for the unit. Limited visitors parking spaces are available.
- The AC unit is for the bedroom. We ask that the bedroom door stays closed once it is in use to ensure the unit is able to cool the room effectively.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
I booked this property on the 25th of April and I’m yet to find the location, I drove around the entire area where the address is. The host does not have a phone number and neither do they answer messages. Stay away please!!
