Relax in the two spacious living areas and enjoy stunning lake, hill, and reserve views from the top balcony. Fire up the BBQ and unwind with a refreshing drink as you take in the serene surroundings.



The large section bordering the reserve is perfect for a game of backyard cricket, and the kids will love having space to run around and enjoy their summer adventures. Kinloch Getaway is an ideal year-round holiday base with air-conditioning upstairs for warm sunny days and a heat pump and electric heaters in the downstairs living area and bedrooms.



Bring your boat, jet ski, or mountain bikes to explore the local area. The lake and marina are just a 5-minute stroll away through the reserve or a quick 2-minute drive.

Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.



A 2.9% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
