"First thing to know, this rental doesn’t sleep 10, it only sleeps 8 and the description on the site is wrong. Manager stated this was VRBO’s error. The number of guests is key when booking and I feel this was very misleading. When I addressed this to manager, they offered a late check out, but description on site wasn’t updated. In addition, the property is not on the main strip; it’s miles from it and on unpaved, isolated roads. The property is under construction and noise is loud thru Saturday. One of the showers only had cold water and getting additional bedding took 24 hrs. Since manager didn’t respond to messages the night we arrived. On the positive, staff is cordial and rental is new. "
"This is a wonderful, secure private apartment in a building right on the beach. It's perfect for two people but could sleep more on a sofa bed. It's well appointed and the manager, Christel, was absolutely awesome and prompt with responses and so helpful with her suggestions on restaurants. The beach is beautiful and clean and unspoiled and the apartment itself has a balcony perfect to watch the sunsets from. The only thing I missed was a small sink in the kitchenette, but it wasn't really a problem as all we were washing were coffee mugs and wine glasses. There was even drinking water available and some coffee for the coffee maker with reusable filter to start us off. Highly, highly recommend. "
