The room was comfortable and beautiful with an amazing view of the city. The staff are friendly and there are amazing restaurants in the hotel. The garden is beautiful at night as well as early morning stays. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location close to the train station but in a quieter part of Tokyo. Hotel had a great buffet breakfast and amazing Onsen. Family size room was very spacious. Highly recommend staying here!

Great hotel, very helpful staff and awesome location. The only very minor issue I had was that the room was slightly dated, specially the bathroom. But the convenience, attentive staff, and proximity to Shinjuku station more than made up for it.

The hotel room was extremely comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in each room was a wonderful convenience. The shower and toilet are separate, which adds to the comfort, and each room allows full control of the air conditioning and heating, both of which work very well.
The location is excellent with easy access to nearby train and bus stations. It’s also just a 15-minute walk to popular shopping spots like Uniqlo, Muji, and Daiso as well as higher-end stores. You also can take a bus. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo, and I would definitely return.

Spacious room. Staff very helpful and the airport shuttle was always on time. The family mart inside hotel was open 24hrs so it was great to buy food,snacks without paying so much.
