Great location but otherwise dissapointing. Rooms were not clean - floor very dirty mattress cover filthy. Host was not very welcoming or helpful. Didnt demo the shower- luckily we alread knew to pull the cord and push the button. Didnt help with washer or ecplain anything. While we had a nice kitchenette it was stocked with nothing. Not even a tea bag. There was no basic toiletries either. Overall way too much money for what we got, or didnt get
Dirty, no towels,or soap mounds of trash by my door so bad the flys were horrendous couldn’t open the windows they were so bad! . Steps from park that had people in it all hours of the night. Booked through Expedia...be ware!
Filthy dirty hotel. Tried to scam us with payment and did scam one of the people that I was traveling with after they walked him to another hotel. They charged him for a room he did not stay in. There were no towels in the room. There was a park in front of the hotel occupied by sketchy people until early morning hours. Did not feel safe at all. Slept in our clothes because the sheets had hairs from previous occupants and were filthy.
Courteous and friendly check in. Toom clean. Good shower. But room pictures on booking site made it look like toom with 2 "king " size beds (doubles )was a suite.
No parking. Had to park on street. Difficult to locate when arrived at busy time and tild it was ok to park on neihbouring hotel parking. Later to notice signs it was prohibited. Owner lived in back part of house. Garbage and recycling trucks very loud early in morning.

Disliked: Room comfort
Central location, noisy due to thin walls & park
The manager was nice and helpful, but the location of the hotel--right on a nosy park, where people talk and drink until 3:00 am made our stay not as enjoyable as it would be otherwise. Thin walls and cheap construction.
This "hotel" is well located but is less of a hotel and more of a hostel. It is basically a room in a house. The other guests were polite and quiet but other than at check in we never saw the proprietor. It is VERY well located, close to downtown Kinsale and walking distance to everything. But for the price I expected more of a hotel experience.
The room was neat and clean. We had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel because it’s located at the rear of a park. The view of the water is nice... that’s what you’re paying for.
