"The check in was a mess. The staff member totally erased all info on reservation by accident. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to solve. Also the carpet in hallway was disgusting. Especially in front of our room door. We were just checking in. The room was clean except some minor details. Hotel was quiet and I slept well."
