  • The apartment is a newly designed, lovingly and comfortably furnished guest apartment (approx. 45 sqm) ideal for couples, with a separate entrance and terrace in a quiet location. The apartment is fully furnished and meets today's modern requirements. Just as the cornucopia is a symbol of happiness in mythology, our garden is filled with flowers, fruits and herbs. Experience Toscana ambience between ancient columns and palm trees. You are welcome to use our 8x4m pool.

The hosts were fabulous, and their garden and pool is amazing. The apartment is clean, quite, well furnished, and comfortable. It is somewhat central in the wine region, but the village is very small compared to other bigger towns like Bad Durkheim.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und in die wichtigsten Dinge eingewiesen. Die Unterkunft entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Sachen, die man benötigt, werden unkompliziert und schnell bereitgestellt.Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und angeregte Gespräche über Kräuter und Blumen erweitern den eigenen Horizont. Auch der Pool entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen.Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen Relaxurlaub genutzt und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Schöne Wohnung zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr (gast-)freundlich und unkompliziert in Hinblick auf Check-In oder Check-Out. Der Garten ist sehr schön und wie eine kleine Oase in dem beschaulichen Ort. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, wenn die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer nicht lichtdurchlässig wären, ansonsten wäre eine Schlafmaske zu empfehlen. :-)

Ein Füllhorn negativer Überraschungen

Einige Beispiele:In der Ausschreibung steht Parkplätze verfügbar. Das stimmt, aber es steht nicht dabei wo. Nämlich etwa 200m entfernt. Was auch nicht klar ist, dass die Wohnung nicht zum Ausladen angefahren werden kann.Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Verdunkelung. Diese wurde erst nach Reklamation provisorisch von außen angebracht.Der Küchenwasserhahn wackelt wie ein Lämmerschwanz.Die Wohnung ist feucht, so feucht, dass sich die Tapeten lösen.Der angepriesene Pelletofen ist nur manuell steuerbar. Eine sinnvolle Heizregelung war nicht möglich.Der Fernseher war nicht zu nutzen. Angeblich hat ein Vormieter alles verstellt. Seitens der Vermieter wurde kein Gedanke daran verschwendet Abhilfe zu schaffen.….Fazit: Die in der Ausschreibung beschriebene Wohnung entsprach im Wesentlichen nicht der vorgefundenen. Ein schöner Pool macht noch keinen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Von bisher ca. 100 besuchten Ferienwohnungen Platz 97. Alles in allem sehr ärgerlich.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und in die Wohnung geführt - ein kleiner Jugendstiltraum, mit außergewöhnlich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, teilweise mit Antiquitäten, teilweise aber auch mit neuen Nachbauten in demselben Stil (Lampen, Waschbecken etc.). Das Schlafzimmer ist romantisch mit Baldachin; das Bad ist großzügig, hell und schön; das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Wir waren in Zeiten großer Hitze dort und die Wohnung blieb schön kühl, auch bei gekippten Fenstern. Wir hatten auch viel Freude an dem schönen Pool und dem wunderbaren Garten. Unsere Gastgeber waren ganz reizend und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out alles wunderbar. Kommunikation einwandfrei und sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft und der dazugehörige Garten und Pool - alles sehr idyllisch. In direkter Umgebung Sternerestaurants und etliche Weingüter. Direkt bei der Unterkunft gelegen ein Parkplatz mit vielen Plätzen und ebenso auch zwei Elektro-Ladestationen. Danke Euch!
