  • A spacious, newly renovated cottage for 9 people. It offers a large living room, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 WC / bathroom.
    Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
    From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands. On the terrace is a barbecue for cozy evenings available.

    In a few minutes you can reach Ibra Lake, where you can swim and fish. In the summer you can also use water ski equipment.

Das Haus ist perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden. Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern. Allerdings sieht das Haus optisch durchaus größer aus als es tatsächlich ist und die Nähe zu den Nachbarhäusern muss einem bewusst sein (Thema Lärm, Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn). Check-In/Check-out sind absolut unkompliziert, die Verwalterin ist immer und lösungsorientiert zu erreichen.

Schöne Unterkunft inmitten der Natur

Wir waren über Ostern 6 Tage da. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Im Vorfeld hat uns die Hausverwalterin Frau Iljaz bereits über das Wichtigste informiert und schon Kleinigkeiten vorab organisiert. Auch während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns mit jedem Wunsch an sie wenden. Brötchenservice von Frau Iljaz war 1a, da wir sonst erst jeden Morgen mit dem Auto hätten fahren müssen. Die kleine Sauna und den Grill haben wir auch gern genutzt. Parken vor dem Haus war unproblematisch. Die Lage ist vor allem zum Naturgenuss perfekt. Wer was erleben will, kann im Sommer an den See zum Wakenboarden oder Wasserski fahren.

Super Unterkunft !

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht! Super gepflegt und sauber. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Alles hat funktioniert , die Sauna war super , die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war sehr unkompliziert, Frau Iljaz ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön an sie. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Entspannte Tage mit der Familie

Nach einer Sternfahrt hieß es einige Tage mit der Familie genießen Die Unterkunft bot alles was versprochen war. Die Betreuung vor Ort war einfach nur Spitze. Die Lage des Objekts ist eher außerhalb d.h. Essen gehen oder einkaufen ist nur mit PKW möglich. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt; gerne wieder.

Für unseren Zweck ganz gut

Lage ist in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Haus ist in ganz guter Verfassung obwohl nicht mehr neu. Sanitäre Anlagen sehr ok. Betten jedoch teilweise viel zu weich. Es stört auf Dauer wahrscheinlich das Geräusch von der A7. Ist zwar einige Km weg aber immer präsent.

In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und wenn nicht, dann optional zubuchbar oder mit ein paar Fahrminuten käuflich erwerbbar. Hausverwalterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine spontane Überlegung um 1 Nacht zu verlängern war überhaupt kein Problem. Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos und Fragen wurden immer höflich und schnell beantwortet. Für ein langes Wochenende mit Familie oder Freunden absolut zu empfehlen. (Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich nicht beurteilen) Wir haben es nicht bereut - gerne wieder.

Wir haben mit 3 weiteren Paaren Silvester gefeiert. Gute und ruhige Lage. Alles hat perfekt geklappt von der Buchung, bis zur Schlüsselübergabe und Abrechnung vor Ort. Wir sind nicht kleinlich, aber solche Dinge wie: - fehlende Beleuchtung in der Sauna (Behelf mit einer Akkuleuchte durch Vermieter), - schmutzige Lampenschalen, - schmutzige Matratze (Flecken etc.) - schmutzige Matratzenschoner - vergessene leere Flasche unter dem Bett - Duschhalterung nur mit Silikon ausgebessert im 1. OG (Unfallgefahr). Diese gehört dringend ausgewechselt - Kein Lampenschirm im Wohnbereich an der Wandlampe - fehlender Türknauf am Kleiderschrank im 1.OG. Hier sollte Einiges getan werden. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Silvesterwoche.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub braucht, dazu ist sie umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin der Wohnung war sehr angenehm.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Erholsame Tage in herrlicher Natur. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt. Ein paar Wandhaken oder Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären praktisch gewesen. Mit kleinen Kindern und Hund ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für unsere Zwecke hat es sehr gut gereicht

Unsere Zwecke waren: Gemeinsames Frühstück, Abhängen am See (mit Tischtennis, Beachvolleyball, Platz im Schatten), kleine Unternehmungen in die Umgebung, abends auch mal Grillen. Das war alles da. Mit großem Gepäck war der See allerdings nur mit Auto zu erreichen, man kann aber auch dort hin laufen.
