"Staff were helpful and looked after our luggage before check-in. We stayed in the annex which was family friendly, it had communal facilities such as washing machine and dryer, which had a cost and had to buy own detergent. Was confusing about if we needed additional pillows and extra cost and cleanliness of them. Otherwise amazing hotel"
