"Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel Thanks to all workers"

"An ok stay. Definitely not 5 star, to call it that is a bit of a joke. The food is alright through the day, then the evening food is something I’d expect to be served in a Russian gulag. Some of the staff are extremely rude especially at the front desk. Which is a shame because other staff around the hotel are very nice and work so hard. A la Carte restaurants are decent. Cleaning staff are great, very hard working and friendly. The surrounding areas also not great so a taxi or bus into Kemer is required. "
