"This is exactly what you want in a guesthouse in a tiny village. By far the best place we stayed at in Scotland with amazing staff, beautiful decor, and absolutely amazing food! Do not skip the restaurant! Cannot recommend the Bankfoot Inn enough!"

"Great hotel, very central location. Lots of parking available and staff very friendly and helpful pointing out the free car park rather than the one thats cost money. Never ate here this time but the food looked and smelt lovely. Very clean room with everything you need for a short break. Beds super comfy."

"Hotel needs updating… It feels very tired. My room was what looked like an old dilapidated shed in the back of the hotel. Room was as clean as possible… But rug looked ancient, side table was put together with plywood and a white tablecloth. Three very large dining rooms with absolutely nobody in them. Would not recommend staying here."
