"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Parkview. We were in the area for our son's college graduation, and the hotel was conveniently located. We also saw a show at Syracuse Stage, and we were able to walk there from the hotel. The hotel is old but renovated. Lobby was beautiful. Room was very clean and spacious; bed was comfortable. The only problems we had were that the a/c unit was too loud (not broken, just way to noisy), and the noise we heard every time someone in the room above us...

"I loved the property. The staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help with requests. When I arrived Expedia never booked my hotel stay. The staff was very nice and ended up finding me a room last minute. Luckily someone had just cancelled. The room was clean and I felt safe and secure.
