"This was an excellent rental. The apartment was clean, large, comfortable and had a very well equipped kitchen with plates, bowls, silverware, pots/pans, condiments, coffee etc... The only thing that was oddly missing was a microwave unless we somehow missed it. As with most Israeli apartments you need to turn on the shower heat at least 60 minutes prior to use, otherwise the water may be cool. The private parking spot was very useful as this building is located on a very congested street with most street spots quickly taken. Getting in and out of the private spot can be a little challenging but is still quite doable if you have a crossover or smaller. The balconies for the apartment were really nice. We almost missed the small balcony off of the master bedroom that has a treadmill and weight rack. This balcony gets quickly warm in the morning and is a great spot for morning coffee and working out. The apartment is centrally located to many of Israels major towns and cities. The Rehovot mall is only about an 18 minute walk from the apartment and there are a large number of restaurants and shops within a 5 to 10 walk as well. The hosts, Ron and Tal were both very responsive to all questions or issues that we had. I would definitely rent this apartment again when visiting Israel."

"This studio is in a quiet neighborhood on a one way street which adds up to minimal traffic! There are grocery stores and a variety of small shops and food joints all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The studio is well stocked and the owner is very friendly and asks if anything is needed whenever we cross paths.The beach is also a 5 - 10 minute walk depending on how fast you’re trying to get there!I would highly recommend this place for someone traveling solo or with a partner."

"Staff was great. Good location near the beach. Excellent breakfast served in your room. No elevator. Smoking allowed. No soap in the bathroom when we arrived. Thin bath towel. No hand towels. Had to request a hair dryer. Remote for tv needed batteries."

"We always stay at this hotel when in Ashkelon! The staff always helps and the breakfast is amazing. Views of the sea help too… The marina is basically between the building and the sea so easy to walk to. "
