"To get to the hotel, in the immediate surrounding area I passed at least 3 piles of abandoned furniture, mattresses, etc. Not the hotel's fault but not the nicest experience. The shower was so hot, even at the lowest temperature that it was difficult to take a shower. When I complained they told me to closed it and wait 5 minutes for the pipes to cool down. That didn't work and I was offered no alternative. There was no room service so I arrived late and had to drive a few kilimetres to find something to eat."

"I really enjoyed my time at Ensana Grand, and hope I can come back someday! My one improvement would be a more flexible wellness package included in the price of the stay - I had pool and sauna access included in my reservation, but I am not a pool or sauna person! If I could somehow switch this out for a limited amount of treatments, like the basic facials or massages, that would've been a game-changer. "

"Lovely hotel on Margaret island. Full buffet breakfast is amazing with the choice on offer. Evening buffet again lots of choices and reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again as easy access into city via bus/metro."

"The spa and the hot tub was very beautiful and clean, and the staff was so friendly helpful. The room was so clean comfortable and was easy to find the way how to use public transportation from the airport going to the hotel"

"Had a great stay. We booked the penthouse on the top floor. So glad we did. We had the whole floor to ourselves and had two balconies. The apartment was really large and spacious. All the basics supplied eg shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid. There is a washing machine but you’ll have to buy your own. There was a dishwasher too which we didn’t use but there were some tablets for the dishwasher supplied. There are a few local supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and another few minutes further a Lidl. The bus service takes you straight into the city centre and has great transport links. Although a bit out of the city there was no problems getting in. The bus service is regular and only minutes apart "
