"Great escape from an awful blizzard, and so near the station. The manager (?) spoke excellent English and helped me organise early check in and late check out. The room was very comfortable & cosy. Commonly nowhere to place luggage in most rooms. But like WiFi, TV with YouTube, ability to have black tea, etc. Bathrom was sensational. A unique feature. Enjoyed my stay."

"Front desk was amazing. We arrived before check in time and left the luggage with them and went out exploring. When it was time to check-in, they had already sent the luggage to our room:) They were also very helpful in explaining about the shuttle bus.
