"We booked this hotel just for a short stay, we expecting low quality but turns out the hotel are fairly good. Rooms are big and clean, The hotel is stylish, with free comic for read in room. Breakfast are free, and with variety of choice, and the quality are above average, Staff are very friendly. Overall I am surprised with this high quality of room as their friendly room price."

I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. Bus services provided by Nishitetsu and Kitakyushu city allow one to travel easily to other major towns."
