The property itself was great, but issues with cleanliness. I contacted the host to address concerns about cleanliness prior to booking (based off of previous reviews) and was assured all would be well, but dishes and cutlery were oily/dirty, pans still had food in them, the stove was dirty. Behind doors didn’t look to be cleaned, and there was a used bandaid stuck to one of the tub walls. Garbage around each bed. The host himself was kind and accommodating, but cleanliness unfortunately left us pretty disappointed.

The home was very clean, spacious and bright! My daughter, the bride and 7 of her bridesmaids stayed there the night before her wedding and were very comfortable! They got ready for the wedding in this lovely home - they even had the photographer attend the site! The home is also located in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood.

The property was new, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. The owner/manager was very responsive and cooperative throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. That said, the cleanliness could have been a bit better, and the kitchen was lacking in some essentials like dishes, utensils, and cookware

Nice place close to Fergus and Elora. Came with all the furnishing you would expect. Grass was a little long but the dogs didn't mind.

Affordable, comfortable stay in Fergus. Home is well equipped for an easy stress free stay. Communication with host was great. Would highly recommend.

We appreciated excellent communication, and a modern, convenient, comfortable home. Our travel was required for saddened reasons this time, but the host was so pleasant and responded very quickly to all inquiries.It is located in a new neighborhood and well maintained.

Do not stay here. We arrived at midnight with outside temperature at -5 deg C. The furnace was off and the house was 5 deg C. We slept in our winter coats, boots and touques in beds with no blankets or top sheets. The coffee maker was full of moldy coffee grounds. The ice maker had a foot long curly black hair. Half eaten blizzards in the freezer. Fridge was filthy and also full of dead fruit flies. We had no toilet paper, paper towel or cleaning spray. The washing machine was full of moldy sheets and the drum full of mold.

The idea of this property was great. Large with plenty of space. Washroom for each bedroom. This is why I’m even giving it a 2. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good stay. It was dirty on arrival. Crumbs on counters, hair in 2 of 3 showers, dirty and stiff dish towel in the pantry, garbage in the kitchen bin with no bags, rad vent with splashes of brown liquid in the livingroom, carpet stains and smell of meat leading upstairs, insects coming from 2 soap dispensers, thick dust on bedroom headboards in 2 bedrooms. Coffee maker had a half pot made. It had clearly been sitting awhile. Garbage in connected garage that had a strong smell and there were animal droppings around it. We were not given check in information or schedules so we couldn’t put the garbage to the road for pickup. The garbage that was there on arrival had been sitting for how long? I notified the property manager of all of this immediately with pictures. There was no offer to rectify the situation or offer any compensation even though I had to take the cleaning supplies (vinegar water mix in a spray bottle) and wash each washroom and kitchen because we didn’t feel comfortable with the state of the surfaces. We didn’t remove our socks during our stay and washed the sheets before sleeping in them (after a 9 hour drive to get there). I do not typically write reviews but the 10/10 exceptional reviews are what made me book this property in the first place. Disappointed.

The property wasn't propery cleaned and the A/C wasn't operating. The property was relatively new, however, it was in questionable condition. Kitchen facilities were sparse to say the least and definitely NOT clean.

Affordable comfortable stay in fergus

Good property that will only get better as the neighborhood matures. Once the yard is fenced the property would easily be a wonderful stay. Could use a few more pots and pans for those that prefer cooking for themselves.
