  • Stylish and Chill 2 Bed, 2 Full Bathroom Condo in the Heart of the University District! This location is a 4 minute walk to Wilfrid Laurier University, 19 minute walk to Conestoga College Waterloo Campus and 15 minute walk to University of Waterloo. Not to mention over ONE HUNDRED(!!) different places to eat food in less than a 10 minute walk in all directions. This place has a balcony that overlooks Wilfrid Laurier University, comes with a washer and dryer, two tvs, and fully equipped kitchener with a Nespresso Machine.
