Very impressed, clean perfect for a weekend trip. Private and quiet. Well prepared for quests . Will keep property in mind for my next trip to guelph

Enjoyed the experience

Great communication with host. Access to the basement apartment was as described. You could hear the people above you but they were quiet at night. A short drive from downtown Guelph. Overall I was very happy, it was clean and the owner was very respectful.

A place we did not expect

After VRBO blowing up our original rental and costing us 1700+ dollars Nelly's property came to our rescue. Despite assurances by VRBO customer support that nothing was available we found this wonderful property on our own. Worked out perfectly for our needs. Most importantly Nelly was a wonderful property owner, always looking for ways to make our stay better. Highly recommended!
