A university city, Waterloo, home for two popular universities, this beautiful house is a 5 min drive. Also situated close to Kwanis Park and Pool, Grand River Trail 2 min away, the popular Niagara Falls and USA boarder about 1:30hrs away, 3 min walk to public transport or close to the major highway, you find your way easy wherever and whatever your plans can be during your stay.
This house is endowed with mature trees at both front and backyards, big enough for one to play valley ball and enjoy jumping on a huge trampoline. Sitting at the patio area enjoying the songs of the birds is both refreshing and enjoyable
