"The staff is why I think this is 5-star hotel. I won't compare Kitchener to somewhere like Toronto, this hotel is class for where it is. I slept like a baby, the check-out and luggage policy was flexible and the cookie was worth the wait. Room turnaround was fast and convenient so I won't complain about anything amissed since my situation was urgent. I just think the gym and pool looks sad, though a hotel pool in Ontario today is rare and a nice plus, but I didn't use it. Breakfast was just ok, but plentiful spread."
