Spacious, clean, easy to check in and out. Nice service apartment. Centrally located. 5-10mins walk to all bars and restaurants. Only shortcoming is TV channel is very limited. Suggest hotel to consider adding subscription to sports channels/ set-top box.

Had the PH Suite, very new & modern, spacious, quiet. Easy check in, check out. Great little bar / restaurant next to the lobby. Definitely book again next time I'm in town.

We loved the property! The condo was HUGE and extremely clean. The condo was updated and the full length windows looking out to the surrounding area was amazing. We were on the 18th floor. The only problem we encountered was there was no parking spot available when we arrived back in the evening from our function. We called the property management and they gave us instructions where to park. We were tired and it was complicated where to go. I definitely would book again!!

This property was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Management was on site within 2 minutes to help with use of the electronic door lock (my error, not a property issue). It was a great one bedroom apartment with a beautiful view from the many windows and conveniences like coffee maker and a few pods left for our use. I would highly recommend this property for single or 2 people.

Overall great stay. The elevator smelled of garbage all the time but otherwise great unit, well stocked, clean, great gym and facilities. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Nice change for a Mother Daughter Getaway
Loved this place and will book again. Very convenient for location. Light and colorful setting. Beds very comfortable and a wonderful view. Everything we needed was there.

Terrific space, very clean and bright. Quite affordable, perfect for what we needed. Very friendly and attentive host despite all digital sign-in. Would definitely recommend and will come back when visiting Waterloo in the future.

Our room was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked and the hosts were easy to get a hold of for questions. My husband's only comment is that that TV channel selection wasn't the best, but the TVs were able link to our phones just fine.

Wonderful room with a beautiful view. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Clean towels, soaps, washer, dryer, kitchenette, perfect place. Staff was very helpful when I called for help checking in.

My friend and I stayed one night and were very impressed with the stylish, well-appointed room. In the future if I need to stay in Waterloo I would stay again. I took off one star for two reasons. First because the check-in process was super annoying. You get a million text messages with links to click, you have to download an app to get an e-key, etc. If my mom had to go through this she would not be able to check in to this hotel. Second, the bath towels were not satisfactory. Only one of the four provided was clean. The others either had beige crusty stains or smelled of cigarette smoke. Someone must have been smoking in the bathroom at some point.

Although this was a nice hotel beware of the check in process. Everything is virtual and the instructions given were not clear enough. We had to download an app.for the key which only seemed to work on one phone at a time making it difficult for our party to do separate things. We requested parking but they said they didnt receive the request. Parking is limited and there werent enough spaces for us anyway so we had to park elsewhere. This property is actually a condo with a few rental rooms. It was quite expensive for what you get.

The location and unit surpassed my expectations. The neighborhood was a quiet but active part of Waterloo. The unit was clean, spacious, and supplied with everything to meet my needs during my stay. The staff were communicative and responded promptly to all requests.
