Beautiful place and great staff. But for things to do not many options. Only one main pool that closes at 7. The other pools are very small.The food was excellent and had a lot of options.

The people working here are extremely loud and unprofessional. They congregate and just talk, laugh, and scream instead of doing their job. Management does nothing to stop it. Also. If you don’t tip their every move, they will ignore you. Finally, you don’t get any special treatment if you're in the club vs regular areas. However, if you're in the club, they will do everything possible to milk you for more tips. Vendors on the beach will also bombard you every few minutes and it's even worst in the club area. Room service is less than average and they would leave things out on purpose so you can tip them when they bring it later. Other Excellence properties in Mexico are much better. I would not go back to DR.
