"Arrived at the hotel after having reserved on Expedia only to be informed that they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation because I was late (flight delayed 2hrs) and did not give them any advance notice. The man at the front desk said that they emailed me to inform me of the cancellation - I showed him my inbox that there was no email. There was also a text from the hotel from a few hours earlier "welcoming" me to the hotel yet no communication about the cancellation. They ultimately "allowed" me to shower in the hotel gym and two hours later suddenly found a room available which despite appearing to have been cleaned had hair on the pillows and sheets. I've never stayed at a hotel before that requires you to inform them of flight delays, and the way that this situation was handled was absolutely abysmal - beware when booking this hotel!"

"I was very comfortable with my stay at Hampton Inn downtown Seattle. The location was great, the buffet breakfast had a nice selection. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel room rates were very affordable. I will be staying again next month. "
