"This is truly a little gem! A fairly newly opened hotel, a small hotel of 5 rooms with personal charm. The staff mentioned that the plan is to complete the construction and add another 5 rooms. Located above a quiet restaurant in a very quiet area just outside Hikkaduwa, right on the beach so the waves and the beach are your table neighbors at breakfast. "Pros: Great location with an amazing beachfront experience, a pretty good breakfast, and the staff let us hang out in the hotel area a few hours before our check-in. Cons: A bit old rooms, very cold inside with no possibility of making it warmer. We are from Ukraine, and the staff was trying to talk in Russian to us, literally the whole stay. We repeated several times that we don't speak Russian and we don't understand them, but they didn't care. "
