Welcome to the Hemmington: The perfect getaway for large families! This oceanfront home features 5 spacious bedrooms and four and a half baths. Enjoy the amazing views of the great Atlantic Ocean from the generous living area, as well as from the Dining room and the gourmet kitchen. Entertain at the wet bar or relax on the screened-in porch overlooking the ocean. This home offers private ocean access from the King Master bedroom, which has its own spacious ensuite bathroom. In addition to the King Master, there are 2 additional King suites, each with their own bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are all located on the lower entry level, giving the wide-open upper-level great views of the Atlantic.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
