Super fun trip!

This house was everything as listed plus more! It was a block and half maybe from the beach where a lifeguard is stationed during day. We had fun using the houses body boards, beach chairs, and umbrella. The house was just what we needed to cook meals and had an awesome private backyard to relax.

Great cozy place! only a short walk to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, very near to the beach, with only one bathroom but since it had an outdoor shower, this presented no problem.Ceiling fans in every room keeps this small house cool. The tangled bushes around the property make it very private.

Wow! My favorite house in 20+ years of OBX!

This house is small but filled with nostalgia. It is super close to the beach. It is pet friendly but you would never know it. It’s the perfect little place for 6 people. My boys and I loved it. The only thing I would add is a hot tub. I would totally consider for a girls trip in the fall with the fire pit. I can honestly say in 20 plus years of being in obx every summer this house is my favorite of all the houses large and small.
