With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, expansive decks, community pool, and access to tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, this coastal retreat is the perfect spot for a memorable escape!



The Space:

This true beachfront getaway combines comfort and unbeatable ocean access in a prime location. The top level features three bedrooms, including an oceanfront King primary suite with a private balcony and en suite bathroom. You'll also find a Queen bedroom, a bunk room with Twin bunks and a Queen bed, a full hall bathroom, and a laundry area. Additional sun decks on this level offer stunning beach views.



The mid level serves as the main living area, thoughtfully designed for laid-back coastal living. It boasts an open-concept layout with a bright, airy living space, panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. This level also includes a convenient half bath and an additional Queen bedroom. Step out onto the mid-level deck to unwind in the private hot tub after a day in the sun.



With private beach access just steps away, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing seaside escape. You can also enjoy access to the Southern Shores Community amenities, including a swimming pool (open from May 24 through mid-September), tennis court, basketball court, and private pickleball court. Lawn games add an extra touch of fun for families and groups looking to make the most of their time together.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the oceanfront decks, private beach access, outdoor shower, hot tub, and propane grill. Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. Enjoy the whole space to yourself. The home is designed for comfort and relaxation from sunrise to sunset.



Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 24 and close mid September**

**The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay**



The Neighborhood:

Kitty Hawk is a lovely beach town in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Take a relaxing stroll on the trails of the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve where, if you’re lucky, you can spot turtles and otters. Enjoy lovely ocean views from the Kitty Hawk Pier, or drive slightly north and check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial for history on the first flight!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.

Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

I know it sounds cheesy but if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I booked this place for a NYE vacation with my fiancé and it was better than I could have imagined! The pictures don’t do the views justice. You truly are on the beach and the views of the pier are fantastic! One of the best parts of this trip though, was the hot tub. It was so cold out but the hot tub was absolutely perfect! We practically stayed in there all day. The house itself was very nice, and you can tell the host really cares about the space. The host, James, was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout the trip, with the hot tub even being serviced during our stay! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I definitely want to return!
