Etwas "outdated" aber ok

Das Hotel selbst und dessen Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein "update" vertragen. Aus meiner Sicht passt Preis und Leistung nicht so ganz zusammen. Es ist ok - wird aber nicht erste Wahl. Für den Wintersport ist sicherlich von Vorteil, dass das Hotel nur ein paar meter oberhalb des Lifteinstieges liegt. Was sicherlich aber auch an manchen Wintertagen für "Park-Frust" sorgen könnte. Ich war im Sommer hier und da war es keinerlei Problem.

Schneller Check In, geräumige gute Zimmer, sagenhafter Ausblick auf das Kaisergebirge, sehr ruhig, Sauna, Pool, tolles Frühstück. Sehr nett und aufgeschlossen war die Frühstücksbedienung. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, Parkplätze reichlich direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Restaurant ca. 500m entfernt. Alles bestens für schöne Ulaubstage oder zur Durchreise.

Perfect location for a ski break with quick access to the slopes. Friendly staff and good accommodation. Only down side is the walking distance to Ellmau if you have kids.

Great location, wonderful rooms with awesome views, loved the 2 story suite we received. Very UNCOMFORTABLE during breakfast buffet since there were so many kids which were unaccompanied by parents. They were grabbing the food with their hands and coughing and sneezing all over the openly served buffet food. We were there in February 2020 and the virus had already started, unacceptable in our opinion !!!!

Gefallen hat uns natürlich die Lage direkt am Hang/Piste. Weiterhin die netten Damen am Empfang. Auch der Sauna und Schwimmbadbereich ist sauber und ausreichend. Leider fanden wir das Servicepersonal etwas schläfrig... und beim Gourmet-Abendessen kann man das Wort "Gourmet" streichen. Aber es hat trotzdem geschmeckt und wir sind immer satt geworden. Wenn wir wieder zum "Wilden Kaiser" wollen, kommen wir sicher wieder ins Cordinal...

I was traveling alone but my room was actually a suite/apartment with a separate bedroom, a sitting area, a kitchen and a dining area. There was also a nice balcony with lounge chairs and a nice view. Overall service was very good and the breakfast buffet was very good. My only criticism is that the room had not been refurbished in some time and the bed in particular was in need of replacement. Overall I enjoyed my stay and consider it a good value.

Im Zimmer Nr. 7 hörte man Aussengeräusche relativ stark. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns ein anderes angemehmeres Zimmer angeboten mit dem wir zufrieden waren. Eine wirklich nette Geste war die Flasche Prosecco zum Geburtstag meiner Frau

Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Ausblick gut, das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl ausreichend. Leider war der Ausblick durch die Bäume vor dem Balkon eingeschränkt. Das Mobiliar ist schon sehr abgewöhnt. Da ich morgens gerne schwimme, waren die Öffnungszeiten des Hallenbads nicht ideal, 8 Uhr ist zu spät. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne, ruhig gelegene Zimmer. Direkt neben dem Sessellift Astbergbahn. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Restaurant standen viele Hochstühle für Kinder, sowie auf jeder Etage mindestens eines. Spielraum für Kinder.

Tolle Lage, tolles Hotel. Allerdings ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Sommer haben die Bar und das Restaurant abends geschlossen, daher hatten wir ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Kitchenette gemacht. Für uns die perfekte Lösung. Die Jungs haben den Pool geliebt nach einem langen Wandertag.
