The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room

The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five stars; however, the sleeping arrangement was disappointing. The “queen” bed advertised was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a noticeable and uncomfortable seam down the middle. In addition, the sheets and blankets were also twin-sized, requiring separate bedding for m wife and I. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep together under the same covers. Overall, a wonderful hotel in many ways, but the bed setup significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.

Auf der Durchreise für 1 Nacht. Positiv: Qualität des Speiseangebot war sehr gut, PP zur Genüge vorhanden, Personal freundlich. Negativ: Check In, umständlich, Wartezeit - bis wir von einem Mitarbeiter einen Tisch zugewiesen erhalten haben - ca. 10 Minuten, der Waschbecken Wasserhahn (Zimmer 101) Ist soweit blockiert, dass nur eine Volldruckeinstellung möglich ist, ein absolutes Novum für uns war auf der Rechnung die automatische Tip-Verrechnung. Somit war unsere Handtip Abgabe ein Doppe-Tip! Das Check Out Prozedere war eine Zumutung. Wartezeit beinahe 15 Minuten, da sich die einzige Rezeption Angestellte in einer endlosen Diskussion mit anderen Abreisenden (inkl. Sonder Wünschen für Gruppenreservationen verstrickte). Die Person im Hinterraum fand es nicht nötig einen Kurzeinsatz, für einen Kurz Chech Out inkl. Rechnungs Erstellung bei uns zu realisieren. Umso ärgerlicher für uns, da noch eine fünfstündige Autoweiterfahrt bevor stand. Hier besteht sicher noch Verbesserung Potential. MfG. H.W. Maier

Riktigt fint hotell

Helt fantastiskt hotell, bra service. Vi hade halvpension vilket vi kan rekommenderas- jättefin buffé, med variation varje kväll. Riktigt fin frukost. Fabulös utsikt över bergen. Nära in till byn Sankt Johann, en promenad på ca 15min. Finns cyckeluthyrning på hotellet. Obs den är stängd på söndagar.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich super, auch das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig. Den Saunabereich haben wir sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren nachts sehr warm und ein lüften war leider nicht möglich, da starker Güllegeruch von den Wiesen rein kam. Leider war an einer Nacht eine Party bei der nebenan befindlichen Rockbar, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens anhielt. Aber das Hotel an sich ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet.

Das Hotel ist ruhig am Ortsrand und direkt am Skihang gelegen. Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bad sauber. Der Wellness/Spa Bereich ist schön groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Sehr schön ist auch der kleine Spielplatz direkt am Hotel. Außerdem gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Was uns sehr verwundert hat, ist das Verhalten einiger Hotelgäste. So haben wir nach dem Ein-Checken auf dem Zimmer festgestellt, dass es nur Bademäntel für uns Erwachsene gab, aber keine für die Kinder. Auf unsere Rückfrage, sagte uns das Personal, dass sie kaum noch Kinder-Bademäntel haben, weil die ständig gestohlen werden... Im Sauna Bereich lag eine benutzte Pampers Windel einfach so auf dem Fussboden. Obwohl dies nicht erlaubt ist laut Hotel, sind morgens trotzdem Hotelgäste mit Badelatschen zum Frühstück gekommen. Am zweiten Abend war der Pool quasi nicht benutzbar, weil Kinder von allen Richtungen in den Pool gesprungen sind und die Eltern waren offensichtlich nicht da. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Für die Kinder gab es jeden Abend Fischstäbchen mit Pommes oder Nudeln mit Tomaten/Bolognese Sauce. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre toll. - Wir fanden es im Zimmer sehr warm und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur / Klimatisierung im Zimmer zu regeln. - Wir machen oft in Österreich Urlaub und im Sentido gab es zum ersten Mal kein Abschiedsgeschenk

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sauber und wir konnten zwischen verschiedenen Saunen wählen. Punktabzug gibt es leider für die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es lagen kleine Glasscherben auf dem Boden, in die meine Begleitung getreten ist. Nachdem wir aber an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben hatten, wurde unser Zimmer nochmal gereinigt und alles war gut.

Skiing in St Johann

We had an excellent stay at the Sentido. Location for skiing was perfect. Rooms were very bright and comfortable and extra pillows and a kettle were provided immediately upon request. All staff were fantastic. Although the spa area is amazing you need to be very comfortable with stripping off - not for us unfortunately so we therefore felt we missed out. Everyone was naked inside and out of the steam and sauna. I appreciate that this is the way, however, there was no option to stay in you bathers.

Det er et fantastisk dejligt sted og kan kun anbefales. Service, mad og renlighed er helt i top. Skal vi sige noget negativt, er der for varmt i restauranten og baren. Stedet skal få vores bedste anbefaling

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gutes Abendessen, v.a. für Kinder ist immer was leckeres dabei. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal - wir kommen gerne wieder!
