Buena experiencia

Hotel acogedor a unos 5 minutos del centro, en una zona muy tranquila. Cuidado con el check in, ya que hay que hacerlo uno mismo en una pantalla, con un QR o número de referencia que te envían (no hay recepción). Los chicos son muy atentos.

Sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, pas de personne responsable présente, nous avons voulu avoir la clef de la chambre mais impossible. Notre code de réservation était déclaré inconnu. Nous n'avons jamais pu entrer dans notre chambre et avons du chercher un autre logement.

Wonderful Ski Hotel

Nice little ski hotel in a lovely area. We were the only guests and we were greeted warmly. They opened up a full breakfast just for us. Very cool.

Fantastisk udsigt. Du skal selv tjekke ind online eller på hotellets iPad når du kommer. Det tog en halv time med 3 telefon opkald til hotellet, selv om vi stod på hotellet. Til trods, hjælpsom person i telefonen.

Langwieriger und umständlicher Check-in mit E-Mails, Telefonanrufen und angeblicher SMS. Beim Buchen sollte schon deutlicher angegeben werden, daß der Check-in vorab rein online erfolgt. Parkplatz, Skiraum, kleines, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Garderobe, Doppelbett, Du/WC, Tisch/Stuhl, Balkon, großer Frühstücksraum und reichhaltiges Buffet.

Altes Hotel, auf neu getrimmt

Elektroinstallationen des Zimmers waren bei Ankunft teilweise noch nicht fertig, wurden auf die Schnelle durchgeführt. Dabei entstandener Dreck wurde hinterlassen. Spinnweben in der Dusche, Duschkopf konnte nicht fest gemacht werden, Reparatur erfolgte trotz Zusage nicht. Küchenausstattung unzureichend und teilweise stark verschmutzt. Insgesamt war der Zimmerpreis völlig unangemessen.

Friendly, comfortable and in a beautiful setting

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Schweigerhof. The staff was very friendly and helpful to direct us around town. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Kirchberg.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten 3 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Zwei waren sehr schön (!), aber das dritte leider ungenügend. Anscheinend wurde in diesem Zimmer zuvor randaliert, denn es fehlte der Kleiderschrank, das Sideboard (nur 30-40 cm hoch) hatte keine Knaufe (Klebeband sollte diese ersetzen) und anstatt Nachtschränken gab es zwei Holzstühle. Leider nahm sich das Personal der Beschwerde nicht an. Der Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum war fantastisch und das Frühstück sehr lecker! Wir wären sehr zufrieden gewesen, wenn das eine Zimmer nicht so ungenügend gewesen wäre.

Net maar gedateerd pension kamer prima badkamer klein maar goed mooi breedbeeld tv op de kamer handoeken konstand vernieuwd mooi uitzicht . beginners piste practies naast de deur met gezellig terras deze locatie is makkelijk met de trein vanuit Insbruck te bereiken 15 minuten lopen naar zweigerhof.

Ottimo Hotel. La vicinanza al centro, e la tranquillità della zona rendolo il soggiorno unico.Disponibilità di parcheggio e cordialità del personale. Possibilità accesso cani. Il personale parla molto bene la lingua inglese. Stanze ben curate e pulite e rifinite nei particolari. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma visivamente il buffet si presentava invitante e ben curato. Presente un distrubutore automatico di bevande, visto l'assenza in camera del frigo bar.
