Immaculately clean, quiet location and easy access to the ski slopes, comfy beds!

Everything you need for a self-catering apartment for skiing. Well equipped with comfy beds and hot shower. Warm boot room in the basement. 4 min bus to the slopes (literally 14 mins from leaving the door to being at the top of the first gondola). 20 min walk along a quiet well lit road to the supermarket / restaurants / bars, or you could get the local bus. 2 local restaurants offer pizza / pasta delivery on weekdays. Communication with the owners was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Lenny has a great apartment. The way into the village Söll is for short per Feed. You also have the bus stop directly behind the door. The apartment equipment was as described. Lenny is a great host.

Another year staying at Bergview Haus and as in previous years we have had a fantastic stay Accommodation was spot on , the friendliness, helpfulness of the owner, Lenny , was so lovely. We were made to feel very welcome. We were very lucky this year to have fantastic snow conditions and staying in an apartment which caters for our needs,is very clean ,warm and has ample space meant our holiday was a memorable one. Thank you Lenny !

Excellent, Great stay at Bergview Haus Aparmtents, Soll

Lenny is a great host, nothing a problem for him. Apartment was clean, modern, very spacious and well appointed. There was a ten minute walk into town from under bridge across the road from property. There was a choice of two ski buses across the road from the property. If you needed a taxi in the evening this cost approximately €7 although walk was lovely back to property after dinner.

Great apartments and an even better host. We stayed here with 3 families in separateapartments. The apartments are tidy and clean. They are pretty spacious as well. There is some background noise from the nearby road, but that didn't bother us that much. Lenny, the host, was very helpful! Thnx Lenny for making this a great ski trip! Veroniek en Frank

Fantastisch verblijf

Het appartement was erg schoon. Er zat een groot balkon bij met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen. Verder is het centrum op loopafstand, wat erg prettig is. Tot slot willen wij Lenny (host) bedanken voor zijn gastvrijheid. Hij gaf ons tips over de omgeving en we konden hem altijd een berichtje sturen als er wat was. Wij komen graag terug!

Wonderful location with fabulous hosts

The apartment was spotlessly clean,spacious and in a fabulous location. A short walk took you into the village of Soll. The local bus,Kaiserjet, stops right outside the apartment taking you to nearby villages, cable cars and tourist spots. Lenny communicated throughout the booking process and was very helpful during our stay. We would recommend as a,skiing or Summer destination when exploring the Austrian Turin.
