Genel olarak iyi bir tatil idi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü otel temiz, müşterilerin yaş profili biraz yüksek. Normal havuz ve kaplıca havuzu temiz ve güzel. Havuz suyu bir tık daha sıcak olabilirdi. Yemekler güzeldi ancak ilk gün çorbamdan kesilmiş tırnak çıkması benim için kötü oldu. Otelin diğer imkanları güzel. Çorba olayı haricinde kötü bir şey yaşamadık.

It was a family gateway with 7 adults and one kid. It was my sister birthday. The place was so luxurious and the food was amazing fresh and plenty. The nature and the swimming pool spa was Best. The stuff was so so so professional and helpful. The front desk to the tea place and Restuarant. We ordered a birthday cake. Very nice and cheap, they accepted urgent iron the clothes. I wish I remembered the names, the ladies whom organized the birthday place in the second floor where the snacks was served. My parents did pray for the owner whom provided such a great service place. Thanks a million, can’t wait to be back again and again inshallah

Konaklama güzel

Otel çok büyük güzel, yemekleri çok güzeldi. Yarım pansiyon ama 15:30'daki çay saati yeterli geliyor öğlen için zaten ana yemekler çok güzel ve çeşit yeterli. Personel çözüm odaklı elinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyorlar. Havuz kısmında kadın-erkek ayrı olması güzel ama birlikte girme imkanında olması gerekirdi biz 3,5 yaşındaki oğlumla bunda zorlandık birde nomal havuz temizdi ama termal havuz kirliydi. Konaklama sırasında yağmur yağıyordu. Yağmurdan kaynaklı bulanıklık var biz suyu gü lük değiştiriyoruz gibi bir açıklama geldi ama bu bana yeterli gelmedi. Geri kalan hizmetler gğzeldi. Yine gidebilirim.
