My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Swandor. The property was always very clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful. We especially enjoyed the darts session by the entertainment team. It was a beautiful holiday. Thank you

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the building condition needs a lot of attention and refurbishment. During my two nights stay, I had a problem with AC, Safe and the room telephone. As the staff were very helpful they tried to fix these issues as soon as possible and attended to them all, but I would rather to stay without involving all these people. Guest relation, support staff were very helpful as well as they were following all these issues with me and also asked for my feedback so that they can take this with higher management. I do recall that Bushra was following that with me and asked me for all these issues and helped my in forwarding my comments . if it hadn't been for the good staff of this hotel my stay would have been really bad. Thank you again to all the staff who dealt with me including Bushra and I hope the management will work on their Building and furniture condition to get this hotel where it's truly belong, 5 star excellent hotel. thank you

Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros pick and drop off from the hotel. Was worth the money for me as it was a must see place especially in the night with all the lights.

Amazing hotel, from the reception to the staff in the hotel everything was perfect. Don’t list to any of the negative reviews. This was the best hotel I have stayed it. Going to come back next year!!!

The hotel is a economy version of Akra on the opposite side of the road. They maintain this hotel good with a good value for money. However I was not recognised well as Expedia gold member for room upgrade or any other facilities. Unfortunately I found most of the the time Expedia VIP memebers do not pay well in terms of upgradation.
