Dear K.Komsan I followed everything according to your confirmed bookinng. you booked Jr.studio but Jr.studio fully booked. I upgraded your room to studio type which it was higher price and bigger. I already explained while you're checking in. May be misunderstand that you were downgraded so sorry what we have done causing you were not satisfied.

ถึงแขกผู้ที่มีอุปการคุณ(Masanori) ทางเราต้องขอขอบคุณท่าน ที่เลือกมาใช้บริการห้องพักกับโรงแรมเรา ทางเรารู้สึกเสียใจอย่างยิ่ง ที่ท่านไม่ได้รับความพึงพอใจในระหว่างที่ท่านพักอยู่กับเรา และเราต้องขออภัย ที่เราทำการตอบช้าไป เพราะเราไม่ได้เข้ามาจัดการระบบ Expedia จึงเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เราตอบท่านช้า ดังนั้นเราจะขออธิบายท่านเป็นข้อๆ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1 เรื่อง(กลิ่น)ถูกของท่านแล้ว มันเกิดจากบ่อบำบัดน้ำเสียที่ขาดการดูแลในช่วงระหว่างปีใหม่ ที่ร้านอาหารของเราขายดี จนทำให้พนักงานขาดการดูแลเอาใจใส่บ่อบำบัดนี้ เราได้ทำการแก้ไขเรียบร้อยแล้ว ก่อนที่จะได้รับข้อความของท่าน 2 เรื่องเชื้อราที่เกิดขึ้นในห้องพัก ตามเฟอร์นิเจอร์ และ เครื่องใช้สอยที่เป็นไม้ภายในห้อง หลังจากที่อ่านข้อความของท่านแล้ว เราได้ขึ้นไปเปิดห้องพักทุกห้อง ดู เพื่อตรวจสอบ เป็นจริงอย่างที่ท่านพูดอยู่หลายห้อง บัดนี้เราได้กำลังดำเนินการแก้ไขกำจัดเชื้อรา และ ทำความสะอาดทุกห้องเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางเราต้องขอขอบคุณท่านเป็นอย่างยิ่ง และหวังว่า เราจะได้รับใช้ท่านอีกในอนาคต ขอแสดงความนับถือเป็นอย่างสูง จาก คณะผู้บริหารทุกท่าน และ พนักงานทุกคน
