Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Klimaanlage defekt. Als Ersatz waren zwei Standgeräte aufgestellt, die im Betrieb sehr laut waren. Kostenloser Parkkplatz in Tiefgarage ist Top. Bäckerei direkt neben dem Hotel.

Leider muss ich schreiben, daß das Potential dieses Hotels nicht annähernd ausgeschöpft wurde. Von einer Renovierung oder Modernisierung war nicht viel zu merken. Beginnend bei den Betten, die viel zu weich waren bis zum Bad, in dem eine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg schwierig zu „erklimmen“ war. Der Toilettendeckel war lose und wackelte hin und her. Die Dusche war ebenfalls wackelig. Die Spülung reichte nur für einen Spülgang. Danach musste man 10 Minuten warten. Die Dachterrasse, die ein Highlight sein könnte, wirkte sehr runtergekommen. Möbel teilweise „zerrupft“, es standen Geräte usw. herum. Der Betrieb musste von der Rezeption aufrecht erhalten und mit Besetzung der Rezeption geschlossen werden (21:30?). Wir und andere Gäste konnten noch länger verweilen. Danke dafür. Das Personal insgesamt war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade um die schöne Dachterrasse, die, wenn in private Hände gegeben, ein echtes Kleinod für Hotel- und „freie“ Gäste sein könnte. Dieses Hotel braucht dringend eine Modernisierung.

３泊しました。タオルは毎日替わり、ベッドメイキングも整っていたが、掃除の気配なし、ゴミ箱のゴミは片付けられていない、シャンプーや水の補充がなかったので、2日目から自分が持ち込んだ物を使用した。これがエコなのかスタッフの手抜きか分かりません。バスタブがあり、湯量も十分、使ってないが湯沸かしポットと冷蔵庫があった。 朝食会場は清潔で景色が良かった。ビュッフェ形式でサラダ、チーズ、ハム、ソーセージ、ベーコン、フルーツ、ヨーグルト等がある。ウィーンで泊まったホテルと違いサーモンがあったのは嬉しかった。

Stanza grande e confortevole. Il servizio di pulizia non sostituiva lo shampoo ed il caffe in bustine che ho trovato comodo all'arrivo assieme al bollitore. Almeno lo shampoo visto che era in bustine e non con il dosatore potrebbero darlo giornalmente, in quattro notti mai cambiato, ho dovuto amdare in reception e chiederlo. Peccato.
