"A modern hotel in the old city of Klagenfurt. There was a sporting competition going on and some of the families were staying at the hotel which made it fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Room was large with a balcony. Very comfortable. Disappointingly no in room coffee making facilities and note room service does not appear to be 24 hours. Restaurant is also closed on a Sunday. Very good spa with indoor and outdoor pools though outdoor pool about to close temporarily for maintenance. Restaurant has friendly staff and good menu but our experience wasnt great as had to wait over an hour for our food and they got the order wrong. "The location was beautiful and quiet and the room was comfortable. The service and food were superb. We opted for the 7 course taster menu and the waitress recommended perfect wine to complement the dishes. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay."
