Stay was Good. Friendly staff. However.. Spa ( Access to Pool and Sauna ) costs extra.. it was good, but it should have been included. They forgot to top up complimentary water, and items related Coffee making in room in second day

Very nice property in a good area. 6/8 min walk to Old Town and ferry. Breakfast was very good as well. One of the nicest hotels in Klaipeda. My only negative was the bed. I got a room with 2 single beds. They were very firm (hard). I will stay again but next time I will get a queen bed.

Great in every aspect.
Absolutely a great hotel. Great in every aspect. Service, cleaning, facilities, food and even central locality. 5 minutes walk from the old city of Klaipeda. Fully and highly recommendable.

Water leak.
Water was leaking from the ceiling and was moved to another room during one evening at 21.00 hrs. I checked out next morning at 04.30 hrs and asked for a discount since I had to pack down the room and move.

We never heard you were not fully satisfied with it until your check out time which was very early in the morning when management was not in the Hotel yet to make any corrections.We want to assure you that we react to such situations very attentively and our main goal is to keep our guests happy.We hope to see you back and to deliver you our exceptional service!

Upea hotelli jossa kaikki tarvittavat palvelut. Kylpylä/ allasosasto sekä saunat täydellisiä. Kuntosali ok vaikkakin aika pieni. Tasokkaat huoneet, sängyt ja petivaatteet. Äänettömät huoneet ja tehokas ilmastointi. Aamiainen laadukas ja vaihteleva. Ainoa puute oli että aamiaisella ei ollut kankaisia servettejä joten pienestä oli kiinni että oli kympin hotelli

Synes at deres morgenmad er af faktisk ok, men at bacon og pølserne ikke ordentlig stegt er ikke ok. Mener også at scramble æg ikke ordentlig stegt og man lægger endeskiven fra toastbrød i kurven, ikke godt nok..
