Kai|Ridge At The Running Y

Kai|Ridge unfolds across three levels, and each one feels a little different. There are beautiful spaces for everyone to come together, but just as many places to slip away for a movie, a book, a game or some quiet time.

First Floor:
This is the heart of the home. Soaring architecture, beautiful woodwork and high end finishes surround the great room, living and dining spaces, while expansive windows look out toward Klamath Lake, Mt. Scott and The Running Y golf course.

The chef’s kitchen was made for gathering, with plenty of room to cook for a full house and a large walk in pantry nearby. Just off the main spaces, a smaller TV area has three oversized chaise lounges facing a big-screen TV; a comfortable spot when you want something a little more relaxed than the main living room. There’s also a dedicated theater room for movie nights.

Two private bedrooms are located on this level, each with its own bathroom. The primary suite is especially spacious, with a massive walk in closet and a beautiful bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, double sinks and a dedicated vanity for getting ready.

Two additional bathrooms and the laundry room are also located on the first floor.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, you will find a wraparound book case with sweeping views of Klamath Lake. There are two additional bedrooms- one with a private bathroom and another with access to a shared bathroom.

You’ll also find an office on this level that can be set up with two twin beds upon request, giving larger groups some additional flexibility.

The second floor has several places to simply enjoy the house. Settle into one of the lounge areas with a book, start a game of chess, or find a quiet corner while the rest of the group is downstairs.

Third Floor:
The top floor is where things get fun.

The game room has a pool table, foosball, air hockey and a TV, along with its own bathroom and private deck. Four twin beds make this level especially fun for kids, teens or friends who want their own space.

What we love about Kai|Ridge is that a full house doesn`t have to mean everyone doing the same thing. One group can be cooking dinner while someone watches a movie, another game of pool is underway upstairs, and someone else has found a quiet place to read. There’s room to gather when you want to be together and room to spread out when you don’t.

Guests will have private access to the home and outdoor spaces during their stay, including the basketball court and decks.

The garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests.

Guests can also access the trails directly from the property, making it easy to head out for a walk, bike ride or explore The Running Y without having to drive.

-We offer chore free checkout. No stripping beds, starting laundry or tackling a list before you leave. Just pack up, lock up and enjoy the rest of your day.

-Two roller twin beds are available upon request and will be set up in the office space.

-Children and toddlers count toward the maximum occupancy and must be included in your reservation guest total.

- We do not offer cribs, pack and plays and high chairs for safety and liability purposes.

-During the summer and fall, you may notice midges around the property, especially in the evenings. They’re a natural part of life near Klamath Lake and are harmless, but can be more noticeable at certain times of year.

-Please note that EV charging is not available or permitted at the chalet. EV charging stations are available nearby in The Running Y Lodge area.

-Kai|Ridge is located 15 minutes outside of Klamath Falls.
