The cabin was very clean, attractive, and comfortable, and its proximity to both Crater Lake National Park and Klamath Falls made it the perfect stay for our trip! Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed the space, the way the cabin is up against public lands, the visits to the birdbath by all the birds and access to trails. Peaceful place, even with local traffic passing in front of the cabin.
What a wonderful trip! The cabin was so perfect and quiet. I came to study for an important test and brought my two dogs. It was just what we needed—a quiet place to study and a beautiful place to visit the lake and go on hikes with my dogs. I will definitely bring my family back, as I did not have a chance to zip line, which was right around the corner from the hike. I did make time to visit Crater Lake, which was breathtaking.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin.
The Klamath Cabin has rustic charm and many interesting antiques. It is well stocked in the kitchen with all the major supplies and appliances to make a meal. The location is easy to find and close to Lake of the Woods, Klamath Falls, and the Crater Lake entrance. The outdoor yard is very pretty and I liked the outdoor kitchen area. Lots of mosquitoes in July after dark. It is quite dark inside the cabin in the day and there is a strong musty odor. Perhaps an essential oil diffuser would help. There is no AC but a Mr. Cool system in the bedroom which really helped with the heat. It doesn't really cool the main living room though, so opening windows helped. The neighborhood is cute and well kept. There is a nice path behind the house to walk.
We enjoyed a relaxing couple of days at this cute, rustic cabin. We explored nearby Crater Lake National Park and Lake of the Woods. We would definitely recommend!
This cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of cooking utensils, towels, blankets and pillows. The neighborhood was peaceful. You can watch the neighbors horses from the kitchen table. On the not so great side there were mouse droppings in the hide a bed so one of us had to sleep on the couch which wasn’t what we expected. The cowboy hot tub was dirty and unusable but what a fun concept! I emailed management the night we checked in with hopes this could be remedied but didn’t receive anything back. All in all whoever owns this place has a treasure on their hands and we were grateful to stay there.

Loved the cozy cabin
We really enjoyed the cabin. There was some highway noise when we were outside. Inside we usually didn't hear anything. The outside felt very private, even though there were houses not far away. Inside was like a museum with animal furs, mounted animal heads, sculptures, and many other items of interest. We weren't able to get the TV to work but the purpose of our trip was to get away so it didn't bother us. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area and the chiminea. A bonus for me were 2 beautiful stallions across the street! Our dog and I picked fresh grass daily and walked over to feed them. The cabin was pretty conveniently located for us, although all our activities were closer to Fort Klamath. One day we bicycled on the wetlands, next we kayaked the Wood River (we did Spring Creek last year) and our third day we took the boat tour at Crater Lake. We ate one evening at Rocky Point Resort and really enjoyed the outdoor patio with our dog. We tried to eat at Lake of the Woods but they don't serve or allow dogs on the patio, so we left. The lighting in the kitchen was rather dim but we didn't mind since we didn't do much cooking there. I did appreciate ice cubes in the freezer when we arrived! I thought the price as a little expensive for the accommodations, but we still had a wonderful week.
