"The woman checking us into and out of the hotel was unfriendly and made us wait for other guests who arrived after us to check in before she would help us. "

"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."

"Absolutely gorgeous place to stay where staff goes out of their way to please everyone. The dinner was amazing with many choices and flavors to enjoy. The salad bar was the best I’ve ever seen! The views are incredible. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much, Daniel!"

"The hotel is in a lovely spot. We booked a room with the mountain view but enjoyed a fantastic view of the lake while eating a delicious breakfast. You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "
