Ansonsten ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Haus ziemlich hellhörig. Sauberkeit liess noch Wünsche offen. Die Abrechnung von Wasser und Strom wurde sehr großzügig zu Gunsten des Vermieters abgerechnet.
